Chuang Meei Transformer

Does anyone have info on this power transformer. Can't find a thing on internet. It's a Peavey 30550001 or CMP 976151. It's been laying around here for a while and was thinking of building a quad EL84 amp. I emailed Peavey last week but haven't heard a word. Just want the power transformer 120v wiring and secondary info and color codes. Thanks
