Could be a jukebox amp. Several good JB forums that may identify it. Reminds me of this old RockOla amp...

A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

Lol , Steve is correct but it’s a 58 or 59 AMI jukebox amp.
I got 2 of them from my father in law, who restores jukeboxes.
I have one that is a rusty basket case, was able to scrap it for some good parts... the iron is ok....
My other one is In beautiful showroom condition, that I put in a volume control and use to run my MP3 player. With 2 6l6’s it’s way to much, and have been wondering what amp to build with it. I have a vibroverb I built and love, so have been wondering where to go
The cover plate on the amp holds a schematic if you have one.
If you need the schematic I can take a picture of it.  Let me know
Glenn

This came with no cover plate or rectifier tube.  I would love to see schematic.  I was going to put in a GZ34 and bring it up slow on variac to see what happens (or smokes)...

Yeah that’s it.
That 7pin socket is a AVC plug,  you have to short 2 of the pins...2 and 3  to get sound.
Never mind I see you have that plug already in the 7pin socket.

Any idea what you were considering building with it... I’m still unsure

Not sure.  I have shop near casinos at Lake Tahoe.  Someone with 2 old amps came by with his woman, said he's on his honeymoon and needed to raise cash, wanting me to buy his stuff.  His Ampex amp worked in his homemade box.  I told him I'd put it in window and consign it.  It's for sale at $200.  This amp was not working but I gave him 20 just for the RCA blackplates and big iron.  Now I'm finding there's a market for 50s jukebox amps on ebay, etc.

the layout wouldn't be conducive to high gain guitar amp. however, perhaps a split preamp & power amp chassis?

OT looks like an acrosound model - 22W UL output stage, nice! - maybe some sort of UL 5E3 - already has a bootstrapped cathodyne PI, replace the 12AU7 with 12AX7.

or, flip it to jukebox restorer. probably for the best.
