Really impressed with p2pAmps build on the Doug's Custom Boards post. Mike runs his wires going to the pots across his buss bar. Makes a lot of sense since the buss bar is essentially chassis ground and I remember seeing Fender twist the wires together going to the pots from their board so keeping them together is probably not an issue. Plus it looks amazingly neat.

Only question I have is since the presence pot is a part of the power side of the board should I keep the wire going to the presence pot separated from the tone control pot wires which are preamp related. Not a big deal to keep them isolated but I was curious none the less. Probably easy enough to test if my radial ecaps ever get here.

Thanks
Mike

So far I have not had any issues with running the presence wire on the buss, but thats just me...  I would try both ways and see how it reacts.

Cheers

To do so seems contrary to the principles of good layout / lead dress.
ie if there’s lots of gain and phase shift between things, keep them separate.
