Issue with a thread I posted

I think I accidentally screwed up a thread I posted  , titled: 

"Tube Pedal Grounding - Am I Understanding Correctly?"

I went to modify in order to fix the attachment so the full layout could be viewed.  I did something and now I'm getting the following error:

I see you fixed one of these recently - is it possible to get my text posted here and I can repost the thread if need be?  Thanks!
