5e3 head layout

Making an amp for a friend. Think I read that it is good to keep the transformers away from other parts.

I am worried about all the weight being in one side. Anything else I should consider?

The internet is full of pics that show what a successful 5E3 head should look like. I would not stray too far.

A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

Keep away Power Transformer from preamp tubes only .

Layout is a key aspect of turning a circuit diagram into a correctly working (or otherwise) real world amp.
Until you get a firm grasp on the concepts, to avoid frustration / disappointment, I think it would be better to use a proven design.
Michael at Modulus is a highly competent engineer, see his take on the matter

Most amps chassis are extremely unbalanced, there are pressing constraints to keep power supplies and output stages away from input stages and preamps.
The imbalance isn’t a big deal generally, perhaps consider offsetting the cab handle if that’s still a concern.
