OT transformer proximity and orientation.

Is this problematic? i know it should be turned 90 degrees but i would need to do a bit of work inside and drilling as well to turn it. Plus i would likely need to turn the choke as well.

I would rotate the OT 90°. Choke is fine.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

i was able to rotate the PT 90 degrees
