1973 Princeton With Very Sensitive Reverb
« on: November 20, 2021, 08:09:06 pm »
Original 1973 PR. Noticed the reverb doesn’t really come on until around 2-3 and then it is pretty strong and keeps getting stronger. What would cause this? Everything appears original in the circuit. Quickly swapped tubes and it changed nothing.

Maybe someone replaced the linear reverb pot with a log taper pot. I prefer it that way.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!
