Hiwatt Bulldog 30r Which fuse is right?
« on: February 27, 2022, 08:47:04 am »
So this amp blew a fuse yesterday. Not sure why, but it was cutting out the day before.Resoldered the jacks and turned it on and phfft.
The schematic says slo blo, but does that make sense for ss amp?
What was in the amp all these years was apparently F 1 al 250v instead of T1.6al 250v.

It is no problem to use a lil smaller fuse, but do not go higher than the specs.

Fuse still blowing?
Theory is when everyone knows everything but nothing works, practice is when stuff works but nobody knows why !!!
