Non grounded reverb cables

I was on the bay today surfing and spotted this.  It's a pic of a converted PRRI and I noticed that the reverb pan cables appear to be ungrounded where connected to the back of the chassis.  ??  Strange.  The cables also look like RG316. Strange clamps on the ends where the shield seems to end. Doesn't seem to me to be a very good way to terminate the cables.

It's a very good RCA plug. The strange clamps are part of the plug. Shield is soldered to that restrain clamp. I used the same plugs on my revibe. Couldn't find a pic of the actual RCA plug but look at this pic and imagine the shield restraint bent 90°. Same idea.

Ahh yes   I see it now..  those metal shield clamp parts are connected to the plugs.   Wonder who makes those plugs?

Someone should have them. They're not obsolete. Here's a better pic...
