Hantek 6022BL Budget PC USB oscilloscope question
« on: July 31, 2022, 10:18:29 am »
This one's been around awhile, and some Amazon page says you can go to the Hantek website to get a good win 10 driver, which is what I need.  Anybody have experience with this one?

http://www.hantek.com/m/productDetail/153

At 75 dollars approx. It seems a good deal.  I like the 5.5 volt limit, although it doesn't say p2p 5.5 volts.

Would be using it for amps and pedals.

Biggest selling point for me is the price for my broke self.

Thanks.

I haven't used that one, but I did use a Picoscope unit for a couple of years. They are a few bucks more.  If you are working on amps, you do not need anything more than their basic device.

It is well worth the effort to download the software from the company website -- true for either Hantek or Picoscope -- to check for compatibility.

I paired mine with an older laptop.   Never had any problems.

Eventually I got tired of all the wires and purchased a Hantek standalone unit which is more compact.

I have a Hantek PP300B.  This scope interfaces usb c and works as a handheld oscilloscope. This and one other piece replaced all my field audio repair needs.  IOW them allow me to test enough on the spot easily to determine if repair is possible.  IOW, do I have the part on hand in my tool kit.  The second is needed for in-circuit testing.  HoldPeak DM6013L.  These and my laptop fit into my repair bag and I swing them like a 24 year blond bombshell who knows her stuff!

Kidding aside, I like my nice Flukes, Techtronics, and Simpson 260 to see swing and am setting up a completely new workstation for testing.  I will use the best stuff I have, but I do see the value in HanteK.
