which V30 would you choose and why?

A guy wants to trade me a V30 for a speaker i have and i want to do the trade. But he has 2 kinds, which would you choose and why? Heres what he said...1. New/Late model V30 -'Celestion International" . -this one without doping and had controlled break-in (-smoother treble, slightly deeper bass ) 8 ohm.-one left.  2. Older V30's -made in England.
