Unused 100V, 230V, 240V taps

What advice could you give for dealing with a transformer's unused 100V, 230V, and 240V taps?
Shrink tube flush cut ends leaving extra length, fold extra length over, shrink tube again, zip-tie some place safe?
Solder to a tree/standoff?

Solder to a tree or standoff?   No, don't do that.

Flush cut, yes.   Heat shrink -- use the good stuff, eg double walled with glue inside.  I have seen the non-glue versions fall off.

Tie them to a barrier strip, makes line volt changes a lot easier - Just a screwdriver.  Assuming of course, that you have enough chassis space for one. On other builds I have located the barrier strip on the inside wall as well.
