No blocking cap between stages
« on: November 09, 2023, 06:24:56 am »
Sure this is probably a dumb question, but why don't we need a DC blocking cap between v2a and v2b?

I've attempted to upload a screenshot (the file name appears next to "choose file" but there's no button to actually insert it into the post?)

Hope someone can enlighten a newbie! Thanks 👍

Was a dumb question! There's only a potential difference of one volt between the cathode and the grid due to the grid resistor. Sometimes you need to stop looking, rest your eyes and then look again 😁
