Looking over a Gibson schematic , one a few that could potentially match an amp my son has.

A few coupling cap values are listed with a double-micro notation (500uuF).

Does that convert to 500pF?

Yes. Fender wrote MM (micro micro farad) on some schematics, meaning pF.

Back in the day we called them Micky-Mike rather than micro-micro.
