Oscilloscopes advice.

Hi, I would like some advice on some oscilloscopes. I need to get one to use in my hobby. I like building tube amps for guitars. I was thinking of getting a used analog one but I need your advice. I saw a HAMEG HM 512 and a GOULD OS 300. Which one do you think has the best features? Which one is best suited to the job?

As I live in north America , I will not buy Hameg scope ;

I bough second hand a Tektronix 2215. Common and very tough scopes
We used Tektronix and Gould scopes at my job , I like lot more Tektronix than Gould that's  why I bough one used.

Easy to find for $100 or less , check one with working probes ( wich are easy and cheap to buy )

Where do you live ? In Spain ?  Amazon you show seem to be Spanish language.
If so, perhaps the devices mentioned above are good buys?

Scope market there is probably different from here in north America. The devices that would be best here might not be best in your country. The scope you mention I don't know it.

Just as I don't know the new testing devices, having had them all for a long time, I don't follow the market

If you can see many Tektronix scopes on sale on your country , IMO it mean there is market on you country ; buy one
