Hello from Brooklyn, NY USA. Getting into guitar pedal building.

I am a dolly grip in the TV/Film business. I have some experience soldering with PCBs. I'd like to get into building guitar pedals.

Today is my first time using DIYLC. I'm trying to lay this schematic out on a breadboard. It still needs an on/off switch and I would use a 9VDC power supply rather than a battery. The schematic is the EH Screaming Bird / Screaming Tree by Dcountry13, based on the GBOF (Great Balls Of Fire) PCB project (a single board that you can build many different projects with), but you can really build it on any board.

Blue lines are jumpers. Jumpers are all point to point (they skip over any holes in between). Red lines are resistors (I couldn't figure out how to make them look like resistors in DIYLC). 2N5133 (or 2N5088) pinout is EBC from top to bottom. I didn't put in any of the horizontal jumpers between columns A- E and F-J because on a breadboard they would already be connected, and I'm assuming that the ground rails are connected all the way through. I'll probably post again as this project moves forward. Hopefully I got it right!

Welcome to the Hoffman Amps forum

There are many different boards on this forum for different topics.

The Tube Amp Building - Tweaks - Repairs board is where you can post amp questions.

That board is listed here.
