Web site issue(s)

I figured somebody in charge here would want to know there are some problems with the site.

In more than one place, clicking a link just results in a page refresh.  The specific one I can give is in the mobile users catalog, selecting lamps-channel switching.

There are menus at the top of all pages that look the same

Huh!  It sure wasn't seeming to work but maybe I was doing something wrong.
