F&T 22mf/500V to replace Aston 20 mf/525V in 1964 Fender Showman

Will These work?  Will the 22mf vs. 20 mf make any sonic changes.  Will the 500V vs. the original 525Vbe sufficient in the power section of a 100 wattt Fender Showman  Thanks ahead.  Terry


How about F&T 47mf/500V  for my Aston 40mf/450V in my Fender Spring Reverb unit. Will 7 more mf change the sound?  Will it be harmful??

The 20 vs 22μF is unlikely to make any audible difference.

You're in the best position of all of us to answer the voltage question.  Measure it. That having been said, I've yet to come across a Fender amp where I've needed more than a 500v rating on a filter cap.
