Trace Elliot Blacklight Not Working

OK, have another Trace Elliot AH 350 SMX that is working fine but the blacklight will not light up. I tried pushing on the connections with no luck. I am getting about 12 -16 VAC on the connectors. The schematic shows a switch (SW13) that controls the blacklight but I cannot find it anywhere on the amp. I have attached the schematic. Should I be looking at the starter or choke? Thanks, Dan

Feel like an idiot. There was a switch on the front panel that turned the blacklight off and on. Was told that the switch was on the back. Everything is working like it should.
