HBP-Thanks.  I guess I read the schematic incorrectly, or there is a nuance in schematics that I’m ignorant about.

Back in this post you included a schematic from some source.

If you inspect it the connections are:
   - Input Jack Tip connection
   - Coupling cap
   - Resistor to Ground
   - Tube Grid

That pattern is consistent for both channels, and it reflects how we guided you to arrange these parts in the most recent discussion.

HBP-The point I was trying to make is that the schematic that I got, and presumably the one you also got, with the NDA is drawn "incorrectly".  Take a look at your's and you'll see what I mean-unless you got something different.

Since the amp seems to be working great now, I think this topic can be closed.  Thanks for everyone's input.
