Hello from Savoie

Hello from Savoie , France ( the Maurienne valley in fact ) .
I’ve owned numerous valve amps ( see below those that I can remember) and now have a nice 70s vibrochamp and a “Champion 600”  which is the only one I’ve ever modded .
I came here to learn , as 1) there are no repair people within 3+ hours of here and I’ve wanted to play with valves my whole life but haven’t got to it yet. 
There was a specific idea that brought me here but I’ll leave that for another time.
I had a Fender “The Twin”, new around 1985. A Mesa Studio 22, Two Music Man hybrid ( tube / solid state but I forget the models ) , an AC 15 , a Princeton reverb … I think that’s about it !
I play ( obviously) electric guitar but tend more to acoustic now.
Also upright and regular bass, mandolin. 
I bought those Music Man amps really because I saw Chuck Prophet using them and thought they would help me play more like him.  They didn’t ! But they were very heavy .
