Flock reads license plates
Stopping flock is not gonna do much once this new technology is adopted

I just saw a new technology that fingerprints all your electronic devices that transmit signals called Leonardo
Phones, any Bluetooth or wifi item, etc
They can fingerprint your wheel pressure senders in your tires since they transmit constantly

They may not know it's you at first, but enough data gathering will create a data base of all these items and create a profile
