Guyatone???12 string

I found a guyatone 6string with the same pickups, but had 6 screws on those pickups....the headstock veneer, logo, string tree, tuners and truss rod cover are long gone; other than that it appears to be a really nice example and good quality

Have you seen the Martin / HD-7 Roger McGuinn?

It just has the double G string only, I've been wanting to set up an electric like this for a while....

It's definitely a guyatone I found this one on the internet looks around the same era. Looks like Guyatones are pretty well respected and this one is over all pretty pristine new veneer, tuners, string holder downer and truss rod cover. and it should be good to go ....I found a post about the same pick-up claiming they are from the 50's, I don't think they are; maybe 60's. Check out the string arrangement....Rickenbacker and proper (hard to see in photo but the lighter strings are above the heavy ones.....)

The Byrds. Think Mr. Tamborine Man, Turn Turn Turn, Eight Miles High, etc. He made the Ric electric 12 string sound famous.

He's wearing blue glasses. Recognize David Crosby?

I was being a smartass. The martin 7 string....seemed like an "I like turtles" moment in a Guyatone investigation.... ....yeah yeah yeah ....so happy together. Not "The Turtles" If anyone has info on Guyatones I'd like to hear it. This is one beautiful piece of work. I have been thinking I need a 12 string again ....walked int a local shop I never knew about and looked behind the area the guy was working at repairing some electronics ....and this guitar might as well of had a neon aurora around it .....I pointed at it and asked  "what is that"
