question on reverb jacks on revibe unit
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am about to begin the wiring phase on my revibe build. Doug's layout is with the vintage foot switch. While the vintage switch dose look cool. I already have two fender footswitchs. So I plan to use the existing holes with a stereo plug. I would like to keep the reverb send and return together. Then use the hole that sits alone for the foot switch. Will having the reverb send and return next to one another create a hum problem. Also dose the 220k resister need to be tied into the foot return plug as in the layout.
Thanks John T.

It's probably not a problem as long as the cable going to the pedal is very good shielded cable.
The 220k resistor has nothing to do with the pedal, it is part of the reverb circuit.
You have to tie signals to ground or it will not work properly.
