ok...there's few differences.....but mine iz closer to the truth

doug's uses a .1uF cathode resistor on TB pre......ifn you wantz this to sound like the reel deel...you should use a 3k/25uF here
i wired my outpoot toobs soz you can yooz a hole buncha stuff
i used a 32+16 (they exsist) on B+ cause 16+16 isn't really 'nuff
org ac30 used .15uF off PI, but that's a little ex-sessive....BUT, lets bee reel...the orginals sound like HEAVEN....
whatever PT you use, you gotta get the voltages at the pre & PI B+'s at 290V and 305V, respectively..for it 2 B the rael dael
