I remember seeing this cartoon many years ago.
I thought it was so strange and funny.

Just found a copy on YouTube.

A man plays in a horn band
His nerves are shot from all the horns in the band
His doctor tells him he needs to get away somewhere quiet or his nerves will explode
He checks into a hotel where they pride themselves on how quiet it is.

Then the fun starts!!!
