how to install this Optoisolators

this is my first time to install Optoisolators. do anyone can teach me how to install it. i hpe to know which side and position is correct.

Hopefully someone who knows more will confirm/deny this.

I am assuming the red "N" on the optoisolator means "neon". On your layout, the neon bulb is the split-circle. In other words, it is placed backwards in your pictures.

rotare 180 degrees so the wires at the "N" end can connect to the 10M and 100K resistors.
