IN THE PAST, I have ridden that one-way to work and back... Sadly now, I'd be hard pressed to not be ready for bed after trying that much.

The most I have done is an 82 mile loop that goes up and over the Blue ridge parkway twice.
Probably 6000 feet of climbing total
That's on a road bike.
The BRP is out my back door a few miles.


I don't do big rides anymore, no interest in spending my whole day on a bike anymore

A 1.5 to 3 hours on a mountain bike with my two dogs is all I like to do anymore.
Get outdoors, get some excersise, go home, do other fun things and drink beer while doing it
