I'm pretty sure Dirty Dawg is out of business.

Are you building a revibe? If so, it will fit a smaller chassis if that's an option for you. I used a 17 x 6.5 x 2.5 and had plenty of room. I even mounted the reverb tank on the chassis.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

There is another source for good quality blank chassis, but I can't speak his name.

Sorry for the distraction away from your original question Medman,,,

There is another source for good quality blank chassis, but I can't speak his name.
This is ( I am assuming) because we are on a forum that is owned by a guy who sells parts.....nobody wants to name other parts suppliers

Get it?

Google is your friend.....

That's not the reason.

There's nothing wrong with mentioning other parts suppliers, especially when it's something Doug does not sell.

This guy
http://www.ebay.com/usr/fiddlehead5
Makes a nice blank chassis in various sizes.  I ordered one if his fender style to see the quality.  He is in Canada.  Nice chassis, but I still prefer welded corners.

Just for the record,,,
I contacted Brian @ Dirty Dawg and he graciously refused my offer to help with some type of fund raiser....

He said that he is doing OK...he'll be able to save his brake, and has the shed torn down to the floor...he lost a lot of aluminum stock in the fire

His goal is to rebuild it and re-open for business by Dec. 2014

I wished him all the best of luck, and offered him the support of the forum,,,,knowing that he was providing this service for the love of what he was doing....

Please remember to go back and check his website at the end of this year and continue to support him and good people like him everywhere
