No experience with that exact model, but it looks fun.

What is it you like about it?

The bias vary trem looks nice. You could do a lot with an a-b switch and the two channels.

this is the model that Mark Knopfler used on Sultans of Swing and I love that tone. I have worked on several Brown face amps in the past and the tones are great. Very warm and full and that bias trem sounds beautiful. I recently bought a couple of used Custom Vibroluxes that are supposed to be modeled after the Brown face Vibroverb. There are some mods that can be done to them to make them more usable but i'd rather just rebuild them.

Never seen one in the flesh.

The circuit looks like most any other 2x 6L6 Fender amp, except for a few small details.

Tapped Treble pot will roll off treble as well as boosting it. Normal channel has a cap bypassing the 2nd gain stage plate load to roll off some treble. The Bright channel leaves that cap off to be a little brighter, and adds a 47pF bright cap on the volume control (which may seem too bright at low volume settings).

Other than that, with a good speaker it will sound much like any other old 60's Fender. The bias-vary trem may feel a little different, and may seem to lose trem strength at loud volume.

I have built 2 clones of the 63 Vibroverb.  Pretty similar with reverb.  I love the amps with Treble Tap, they are my favorite.  My preference is the 6G6-B Bassman.

I am currently working on a similar wattage, but very similar preamp as the Brown amps.  It was not that long ago no one wanted the Brown amps.  I think because they are quite different that the revered Black Face.  They seem to be on the edge of breakup all the time, that is why I like them.

Not a fan of the Bright Cap HBP referred to, but all of my guitars will get bright.

Not sure if the Tremolo circuit is different in the Vibrolux, but the 1, 12 speaker.  The 2, 10 Vibroverb has a wonderful Tremolo.  I have a 2, 10's fender cabinet ready for another Vibroverb build.

I have a single "normal" channel version of that amp.  Very warm and fun amp to play.

Blonde Rockabilly Heaven.
I just finished a Normal channel 6G6B Bassman with 5881's running at 350V SS rectified into a 4K OT.
Right now it's my favorite amp!

All of the tapped treble pot blonde circuits seem to have a similar vibe, warm, bouncy and fun to play.
The early 60's Fenders are an interesting blend between the Tweed and Blackface circuits.

It's been fun for me to study where Leo and the guys were going, circuit by circuit.
The guys in Fullerton knew what they were doing!
