Practical Applications in Simple Math..........

PRR has been posting some interesting vintage articles.  I have a couple timely ones that should make for interesting reading.  They came from a couple of QST magazines that I have on CD.  Couldn't post either magazine as they are 15Meg in size each. 

I copied two articles on 'Practical Applications in Simple Math'.  There are three parts, May '44, June '44, and July '44.  I don't have June, but the two that I have are really good reading.  I printed what I have from May and July, to PDF files.  I'll see if they are small enough to upload.

"Conventional current" flow. Which makes using Kirchoff's Law and solving mesh equations work out properly with inserting "-" anywhere to change signs.

Use conventional current or electron current (negative charges sucked from low voltage towards positive voltages) wherever one provides the easiest math or least brain-strain.

Yes, it works fine.  Another interesting article.  They seem to approach the topics from a different perspective.

You can download and upload on your account

or you can select the file and move to your folder

to see your folder I think you must click on the drawer "Files" on the left of the MediaFire page that opens when you select the link I posted

or click on "MyFiles" on the right of the page (if the whole page of your account didn't appears)

I am not sure they have long-term funding. It seems to be a hobby project that didn't take-off. But for short-term posting it works fine.

Of course. Electrons are negative things. Flow of electrons is a negative current. When you just say "current", non-negative is assumed, and current flows positive to negative.
