I understand your English very well.
A schematic, layout, and hi-rez pics are very useful for troubleshooting your amp. Don't wait to be asked. JUST DO IT!

Franco,

Your English is fine and your contributions are excellent and well respected. :worthy1:

What I don't understand is Tubenits tele obsession?  Then there's Jojo....well just because.  Of course Sivergun is a lost cause. :icon_biggrin:

K, I've never had a problem knowing what you meant. I wish I had as good a grasp of any other language as you do English.

As a newcomer here and reading your posts for the first time the past few months it never occurred to me that I didn't understand what you were saying. I'd put you in the high 90 percentile of putting sentences together etc... in a way that we understand. Heck, I worry about more about myself than your posts   and I've been speaking English for 51 years.

I am impressed with your grasp of the English language.  You are no problem to understand.  Being raised on a farm, in the South (US), and going to school at Bushy Fork Elementary (Tom Sawyer would have felt right at home), I still struggle with the English language.

Man, I recall back when I was a kid they brought up the idea of changing over (In the 70's?; I can't recall) and I thought to myself nooooooooo.... because well I was a kid and didn't want to learn anything new because well....I knew it all already   But yeah, man, I wish we would have just bit the bullet and got the transition over with back in the day.

I was there, eager for change, was a no brainer for me, divide by 12, divide by 10....hummmm?   I finally found chasing a 1 or 0 and made my living :icon_biggrin:

I don't find the 12 or 10 scale the problem.

It's that I don't have a size reference picture in my mind when someone says 7mm or 1.5M.

I can look at a plywood sheet (USA made) and can say what it is, I can't do that with metric. When I was young working on the machines at my parents bowling ally, I got pretty good at looking at a bolt head or nut and knowing what size wrench to grab.

Or if someone says they are in a 5 meter race or whatever. I have no frame of reference. Yeah I can calculate it but when shooting the breeze with someone or watching something on TV or whatever there is no reference for me. One takes that for granted or at least I do, being able to have an instant frame of reference. Don't get me started on Celcsus vs Fahrenheit either..... :BangHead:
