the wave (reverb unit) isolated grounding bus question

Hi folks! I am retrofitting a wave reverb unit  from mod ( schematic: https://www.modelectronics.com/sites/modelectronics.com/files/media_files/the_wave_schematic.pdf )  with an isolated grounding bus and have a question about wiring the input jack. I have a 22ohm resistor soldered to the chassis (via a t
erminal strip) which is paralleled by two 1n4007 diodes...and my ground bus is connected to the other end of the 22 ohm resistor. Following Jeff gehrings guidance on installing an isolated buss for the 6g15 (https://www.thegearpage.net/board/index.php?threads/6g15-fender-reverb-unit-build-questions.1690482/post-21700467) he includes a 47nf cap on the input jack for rf/emi shielding. Ive connected the ground lug of my input jack to the ground buss. Where should that 47nf cap be soldered? I know that one side gets soldered to chassis....should it get soldered to the ground lug as well?

One end of the cap goes to the (isolated) Input Jack's Ground lug.
The other end of the cap goes to the chassis.

The capacitor seeks to bypass any RF noise directly to the chassis/safety ground as soon as signal enters the chassis.
