how to place the components?

What do you think of this arrangement of the components?
The amp is based on the 6g3 Brownface Deluxe, but with an AB763 channel and the tremolo from the 6g16 (two triodes).

I'd want to move that OT closer to the middle of the chassis, away from V1, and closer to the output section of the circuit.  Yeah, I know holes are already there, but a couple more won't hurt . . .

Consider moving the rectifier to just above the PT, where your relay PS is, that will free up some space.

V1-3 look very closely spaced to me; I guess that could work, maybe.

Nostalgia... This was my first tube amp, a Carvin Vintage 33, it's almost 30 years old

put the fuse on the back wall next to the recep.
put the switchboard on the bottom side of PT, use the PT bolts to cobble the switchboard
put the Rec tube where the switchboard is
move the PI one hole left away from the preamp

you really don't want large signal producing stuff anywhere near sensitive signals

It was no problem in the old Carvin amp. It didn't even have tube shields.

At this point, we don’t know what mitigation was used to manage that 
I suggest to lay out the build like the schematic; inputs stuff at one end, output stuff and power supplies at the other.

The problem is If I move the OT to the left, the power tubes must be closer to the preamp tubes.
