Can we please be fair here?  It was not a lie, as understood at the time.  The numbers were provided by the Labor Department.  Numbers get revised by the appropriate agencies all the time.  For fairness sake, while the number of jobs created was over 800,000 less than originally thought, it was still a net increase of over 2,000,000 in that time frame.  Not saying any president deserves credit or blame when jobs are created/lost.  If we wanna do that, there was someone in recent history who presided over a 7,000,000 job loss in a year.

I'll try n find it, was floating on the net, pretty sure a "think-tank" group looked behind the curtain at bureau of labor and statistics numbers from '21 to present, found a net increase in foreign employment and a net decrease in American citizens.  with a "overall" net positive in "employment"

Yes it was a lie! The Labor Department lied for the Biden and the Dems.

Yes, numbers do get revised all the time, but not by 800,000+, highest revision in 15 years! And last time it was this high, 15 years ago, gee who was pres? Obama! And they are almost always higher when 1st released then, revised lower. So they put out the higher better looking number, the press reports that number, helps the administration look better, then when the revision number gets released the press say NOTHING!!!! That's how that works, they've been doing it for years!

Can't these people count? If they can't count, fire them!!!!!   

Yes, the numbers were provided by the Labor Department. So what? Are you so naive, that you think that someone working there wouldn't pump up the numbers to help out Biden and the Dems? How in the world do you make a 800,000+ mistake on top of only 2M jobs? That's almost 1/3 off, in their favor! It's 1 thing to be off by a small number, but off by 800,000+!?!?!?!

Have you lost your mind? How can you say Trump had anything to do with 7M jobs lost? All bets were off at the beginning of the pandemic. If that happened to any Dem pres. I wouldn't blame them for that, you can't. It was out of anyone's hands.

And you can't count Biden as creating 2M jobs, that was just people going back to work after the pandemic dropped off. Biden had nothing to do with that. It had to happen, it had nothing to do with any Biden policies.

That's what the Dems keep saying, Trump is the only Pres who lost more jobs than he created. Nancy Pelosi was on CNN or MSNBC a while back, said that to the interviewer and even they said but that was because of the pandemic. Pelosi was furious and snapped back some nasty stuff to the women interviewer. Mean as a snake!

Trump "appeases" the socialists, He creates, under the Executive branch, a Government business called "USA Lighting", hires a crew of "displaced Engineers" from forced outta work Incandescent plants and produces Incandescent bulbs for all.  Shipping n Receiving and Customer service will be staffed by the "We can't fire them people of GUV".  He posts every month on the GOV.org site profit/loss with emphasis on the "Cost of we can't fire them employees"

I get that you're passionate about this, but name-calling and insults aren't changing hearts and minds anywhere.  It's obvious I'm already outnumbered...why add insult (literally) to injury (figuratively)?

If you want to talk job losses/gains, here's a handy-dandy two-sheet document that shows that a.) GDP grows faster under Democratic Presidents and b.) job creation grows faster under Democratic Presidents.  I will admit that the chart is a little dated (from 2016), but you yourself already said that the COVID stuff can't really be blamed/credited to who was president, anyhow.

Is that the only part you heard? No response to what I outlined? I stand by what I said, and I backed it up with reason. Which you seem to just ignore.

It is not about being passionate, it's about dealing with the truth of what's going on and people being blind to it like you seem to be. What you wrote doesn't add up at all.

They rigged that jobs number to make the economy under Bidens admin look better. They over inflated (lied about) the number by almost 1/3! You should be furious. But you defend them and say; "Can we please be fair here?  It was not a lie, as understood at the time." And Biden's admin and the Dems knew that number was wrong.

They are a ruthless bunch that will do anything to stay in power. Look what they did to Biden. They forced him out after saying for his whole term he was fit as a fiddle. Snakes, the bunch of them and they turned and bit 1 of their own, ruthless.

If people don't wake up and start to see how much the Democratic party has shifted to the far extreme left, a type of socialism, this nation will implode. The Dems have been in charge for 12 of the last 16 years. Look where we are. We're over $35 TRILLION in debt and they want to spend more! They want us to keep them in charge, no thanks.

That sheet is put out by Joint Economic Committee, Ranking Democrat Carolyn B. Maloney. You can't trust that as accurate, they cook the books on numbers all the time.

So...this is outrageous?  Are you aware a nearly identical thing happened for the period between April 2018-March 2019?  Nearly two million jobs were created, revised down 500,000 (not 800,000, but still as significant number) from the earlier estimates.  Should we tar and feather whoever was president during that time for lying, as well?
