47uf/50v caps in place of 47uf/100v cap

Hey Guys, working on a Hot Rod Deluxe, in the reverb recovery section there is a 47uf/100v cap C16 that reads very high on the ESR meter. I have a 50uf/100v cap in stock but its twice the size the C16 and wont fit on the board. I do have a 47uf/50v cap that is the same size as C16. I put my meter on the + side of C16 while play the guitar and at idle and there is no DC voltage there at all.  Can I assume the 50v cap will be OK? Im thinking yes.

Are you sure that's not 0.47uF@100v?

I think it is, look at C19 and C20, same thing, 0.47@100v. And their on the same type of chip, same part #.

Willabe, you are right, good catch. The C16 cap in this amp is mounted so you can`t read the value. I put the ESR meter on the other 0.47`s they read high also so Im good to go. Thank you very much!!!
